Blues legend “Francine Reed” will be featured this special evening, sponsored by the Thunderbird* Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter, in a fundraising event to establish a Scholarship Fund to send Georgians to its global business school in Glendale, Arizona.  Before Ms. Reed became famous singing with the likes of Delbert McClinton, Willie Nelson, and Lyle Lovett, she performed at various Thunderbird events in the late 1980’s.

Given this special relationship between Francine Reed and Thunderbird, the Atlanta Chapter sees an opportunity to not only give back to the community, but also to promote “Brand Atlanta” and its global talent to Thunderbird.   By establishing a Scholarship Fund to help Georgians attend Thunderbird, we will further develop this relationship and the outcome will benefit the State of Georgia by not only returning talent, but develop more business to Georgia through these international ambassadors.   

Come help the Thunderbird Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter welcome Francine Reed back to “Thunderbird” and to help the Atlanta Chapter send a Georgian to Thunderbird.
